Cassandra Laymon is our President and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a Certified Kingdom Advisor®. Cassandra holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and an MBA, both from Rutgers University. She is a dynamic public speaker and has presented at national conferences for the C12 Group and Kingdom Advisors. She currently leads the Biblically Responsible Investing special interest group for financial professionals who are members of Kingdom Advisors.
As a former health care executive, she previously managed Education and Organizational Development for a 5,000 employee health care system where her responsibilities included strategic planning, team and leadership development, meeting design and facilitation, and patient satisfaction. These skills, coupled with her passion for lifelong learning, have greatly equipped her for her present role leading strategy and developing client education at BWC. Cassie and her husband, Rick (our CEO) married and merged their financial advisory businesses together in 2012. They enjoy collaborating on the business, traveling, theatre, cycling, sharing books and going on adventures with their three children – Sam, Bethany and Carson. The Laymons currently worship at Eastlake Community Church in Moneta and Allentown Presbyterian Church when in New Jersey.
